Description

Exhaust grilles with fixed horizontal and inclined at 45 ° rows, with the insertion of a special profile or counterframe that allows the housing of a flat filter for coarse and fine powders.

Characteristics

Material: aluminium.
Finish: anodized.
Filter: COARSE class (G2) thickness 12 mm.

Installation

The installation is performed by opening the special brackets present in the subframe or alternatively by fixing the latter to the wall or duct using screws.

EGA1 - EGA2: only for wall installation, ceiling installation is not recommended. Closing by magnets.

EGA3 - EGA4: closing with a screw.

Use

Suitable for the external air intake or the indoor air return where a pre-filtration of dust is needed.
We recommend not to exceed the front speed of 1,5 m/s. Initial pressure drop lower than 40 Pa.

Models

EGA1: grille with filter;
EGA2: grille with filter and damper;
EGA3: grille with special counterframe fixed with hinges to the frame of the grille which allows an easy maintenance of the filter;
EGA4: grille with damper and special counterframe fixed with hinges to the frame of the grille which allows an easy maintenance of the filter.

Accessories

- EPZ plenum galvanized;
- EPI plenum isolated;

On demand

Fixing by magnets or knobs (for EGA3 - EGA4).
